I was desparate to sell my house last November and my husband came across this site.

In a nut shell they created a video of our property (using some photos we provided) and then put it on page 1 of Google. They also included a description and our contact number so that any potential buyers could contact us direct.

After a few hours of our advert being on page 1 of google we started getting calls and setting up viewings. As a result we had an offer on the house 3 weeks later and accepted.

I’m not sure if they’re still offering a free trial but they did when we tried it. After the free trial they charge £25 a month I think it was to keep your advert at the top of google.

I couldn’t thank them enough for the service they provided and without doubt I will be using them again should I need to.

1. Make sure you are priced below market
2. Offer to pay all the buyers cost, minus the inspection.
3.Find an agent who is closing houses, not just listing them.
4. Have the agent advertise in the paper, Craigslist, city papers, etc.
5. Offer more than the standard 3% to your agent, instead of 6%, pay 7%
6. No deferred maintenance, If it needs fixed …do it.
7. Curb appeal…make sure the yard and house look better than any on the street.
8. Offer a Home Warranty, it will cost you around $400 at closing.
