Ik vroeg gisteren en werd goedgekeurd één van uw leningen aan en ik wilde u over mijn ervaring schrijven en vertellen. Mijn leningsagent, Mark M. was verbazend! Hij behandelde snel alles zeer professioneel en. Hij was uiterst geduldig, nuttig op elk moment en zeer hoffelijk. Er waren GEEN SPANNING of druk wat zo ooit. Hij liep ons door de gehele procedure en zorgde ervoor wij elke stap alvorens op de volgende begrepen zich te bewegen. Ik beëindigde omhoog moetend hem met een correctie terug roepen en hij behandelde onmiddellijk het. Hij was enkel een ware vreugde en I enkel can' t zegt genoeg. Ik hoop u hem de erkenning zult geven die hij zo omdat het zeer oud heeft verdiend is geweest aangezien ik de prachtige dienst als dit heb gehad! Dit was een totaal spannings vrije en prachtige ervaring! hier daar is e-mail, dankt u merkt!!

I know that our FHA loan required us to move into the property within a certain period of time. I think it was 60 days. FHA is for primary residences, not investment properties.

HUD/FHA requires that the borrower occupies the property. Sorry, your plan won’t work.

NOPE, for owner occupied property, single family and twoflats. And won’t qualify for first time buyer’s credit, either. Rethink what you’re doing. Consider renting out a room in house to help you with mortgage?

Yes you can do that. but if you are thinking about applying for the first time homebuyers credit you won’t be eligible since you won’t be living in the house.
