My landlord hasn’t been paying the mortgage for the house that we have been renting for a year and a half and we have been paying rent on the house the whole time. It doesnt seem right that he is making money off a property he isnt paying for. Is this against the law?

What your landlord does with your rent payment is of no business of yours. You have a roof over your head…you pay for it…landlord’s default is between him and his mortgage company.
No hay regla que dice que su propietario tiene que pagar su hipoteca con la renta que usted proporciona. Me siento mal para la gente en su situación.
