i live in Arizona and rented a property from a horrid man. we had massive problems with the neighbors as well as the property manager and owner. We have since moved out and he has the property listed on craigslist. i posted an add that said do not rent this property. you will be sorry. this morning the owner emailed me and said that he called the police and good luck. is what i did illegal? if not should i repost it? i wish someone would have been there to warn me before i rented the place.

you may have run afoul of libel laws.
get all your information together proving that what you said is true, and wait for the complaint to arrive.
You have opened your self to slander/libel charges. The only criminal action might be harassment but I doubt the police would bother.
“i posted an add that said do not rent this property. you will be sorry.”
That may be a true statement and it is incredibly vague. You have to be specific about why and tell the truth.
The statement you listed above implies the owner of the property could be anything from a nosy busybody to a serial killer. It’s too vague.
Wat? It' s niet laster. " Huur dit bezit niet. U zult sorry." zijn; is enkel uw advies. De laster vereist dat u een valse feitelijke verklaring over iemand zei wie hen financieel zou berokkenen. Vaguness doesn' t kwestie
