How much would a commercial property cost to rent/buy?

I want a property for a health club and gym type business (like bannatyne, esporta or livingwell) and would like to know roughly how much it would cost to buy or rent the property.
Possibly one this size :

Its only for business coursework so i don’t need to get technical, i just need a rough idea. Thanks.
