the rental leases in Turkey are done for one year minimum.
depending on the neighborhood and the physical condition of the facilities rent vary from one placer to another.
I assume you can rent a flat in BALGAT area of Ankara in return for 500 TL a month. (If you’d like to stay in Balgat district, that’s another question)
The Bala province of Ankara is also cheap but a little distant
