I’ve found a great flat to rent for £850 a month. I was just wondering how much our income would have to be for them to accept our application on it? (I’m going to rent it with my boyfriend so they’ll be two incomes)

Well, I reckon it would have to be over £850 a month.
£850 x 2
Sensibly, at least £2000 per month after tax etc.
£2.000 per maand als u luxurys als food.lol wilt
Yikes. .that klinkt een beetje steile. .is het leverde? I' m zekere it' s werkelijk weelderig voor dat geld.
Goed geluk.
£35000 a year ?
you could buy a place for that money
The rent think thats what it was if remeber rightly so and ur bf 2gether need the income of the income of the rent think thats what.
Remember you have council tax and bills on top.
For the two of you, you both want to be clearing a TOTAL (combined) £2000 a month for this.
for that sort of money you should look into buying a house. you can get a mortgage cheaper than that. but for rent at 850 a month i would reckon you would need atleast 2000 a month by the time you pay rent, council tax, electric etc
Wow…. for that price it had better be Great !… You could always rent out my house for £849.00 per month…. !!
You need to have combined incomes of around the 40k mark. That will easily cover the rent, but still give you plenty to enjoy yourselves.
Sensibly you should pay 1/3 rent, 1/3 bills and 1/3 food. But if you have two incomes it should be ok.
However, buying is cheaper than renting.
Hangt welke andere het uitgaan af u werkelijk hebt. U moet het volgende herinneren:
Gas = maand £30
Elec = maand £30
C/Tax = £70 – maand £120
Water = maand £49
TV = £10 (vergunning)
must be a palace!
you dont have to tell your landlord your income, its none of their buisness. they dont ask anyway.
