hi guys.
Can a foreigner buy a house in America for investment and for letting the property out on rent?
I am not a citizen of the united states and i don’t have or want a green card, but can I still purchase properties in the united states by law?
Plus, is there always demand for houses in the US? Is there a shortage or are there enough properties for rent already on the market?
Thanks guys.
