When I sublease my apartment, can I get my last months rent back?

I subleased my apartment to a girl and let her hold my security deposit. Now im struggling to get my security deposit back and I would like to get my last months rent from my lease (12 months rent) back due to I wont even be living there this july. Am I eligible to get this back? Since there is a new tenant? Isn’t their responsibility to cover their first last and sec deposit?

I can' t begrijpt vrij uw vraag. Wilt u me vertellen, gaf u iemand u AAN uw veiligheidsstorting huurde? Ik ben totaal verward door wat gebeurt. De eigenaar zou uw veiligheidsstorting moeten gegeven te zijn. Uw eerste en duren zouden moeten volgens de termijnen van UW huur met de eigenaar worden toegepast. I' m dat de eigenaar veronderstelt gaf u toestemming aan onderverhuring, maar ik zou zij didn' veronderstellen; t verlicht u van uw verantwoordelijkheden van de originele huur – zij laten u enkel de kosten door te huren aan iemand anders, op uw risico dekken – niet theirs.
Lees uw originele huur. Als u don' t begrijpt het een procureur vindt om het te herzien en te verklaren aan u.
