Should I rent house back to the couple from whom it was repossessed?

i bought a repossessed house to rent it out. The couple wsho lost the house have contacted through our estate agent to rent the house with the girl’s father acting as guarantor for rent?
Go ahead or not? Anyone with similar experience?

I wouldn’t.
Niet alleen " hypotheek underwriter" heb een zeer goed punt, maar ook, kunnen deze mensen nog bitter zijn. Werd het huis vernietigd toen u zich binnen bewoog? Misschien willen zij aan afval het wat meer als het was? (En nr, niet IEDEREEN wie op trashes hun huizen verhinderd worden, maar minstens de helft van de verhinderingen I' m dat het kopen bekijkt is DUIDELIJK lazarus op doel geweest.
Ook, zal het nog als " voelen; home" aan hen. Ja is dit PRACHTIG voor hen, maar zij kunnen het als een huur niet behandelen. Door dit bedoel ik toen ik huurde, was ik altijd extra zacht met alles. Als iets op het tapijt morste dat ik aan het met oxyclean & zou vliegen; schrob. Ik zou me de zelfde manier in mijn eigen huis gedragen, maar wanneer het neer over de draad komt, als iets in mijn eigen huis gebeurt IS het mijn & ik heb te beantwoorden niemand aan maar zelf. Ik vind enkel als dit teveel potentieel in oh-zo-vele ways=/heeft slecht te gaan. Droevig
I would say that if the only blemish they really have on their credit is this foreclosure, and they make enough money etc, go ahead and consider renting to them.
