Im a SCG who worked summer school for the 1st time this year. I had an open unemployment claim from last year, so when I stopped working the end of July, I was told I could reopen my claim, but since then I received a letter on Sat stating Im ineligible. So now Im screwed cause I have rent that is due & my bills, just as well my kids going back to school.

Sounds like leaving your job was a very bad decision, and you need to get anew job.
The other options are to borrow money from family and go to get another job fast and see if you might consider filing bankruptcy otherwise theres no law that can force landlord with repayment plan and see if hell accept it or to your family and pay your rent then bankruptcy is better than if hell.
