I just found out that I can claim the GST I paid on rent as an ITC. How can I get this back?

Is there an adjustment form I need to fill out or claim it on my next GST return? I figure I’m going to need to explain such a large ITC. It’s been 3 years since we opened the business and haven’t claimed the GST on rent since then.
