How long can alandlord keep last months rent in escrow. Does he have to give it back when renewing leases?

I live in pa and thought that after the 2nd yr I could apply this to the last month of the second year since i am staying for a third. Pa LAw prevents holding a security dposit of more then 1 month after yr 2 of a lease. But the law says nothing about the final months rent??/Its a legal gray area

Maar don' t blaast de huurcontrole bij het casino omdat u waarschijnlijk met een andere " zult moeten op de proppen komen; last" maand wanneer uw eigenaar u maakt een nieuwe huur ondertekenen.

Dat doesn' t correct recht. Een veiligheidsstorting zou moeten zijn daar wanneer een huurder zich uit beweegt om schade te behandelen. I don' t begrijpt waarom een eigenaar wouldn' t om het voor de lengte van de huur te kunnen houden. Blije I don' t levend in PA. I' D moet mensen vragen om om de twee jaar te bewegen.
The last months rent is in escrow or whatever account the landlord wants to put it in. It pays your last months rent you don’t get it back. Security deposit is held for the full time you live there no matter how long that may be.
