Does anyone know what happens when ur landlord takes u to court 4 back rent?

I always paid ontime and its not like I dont want to pay her, I just dont have it. I’m a single Mom with two small kids! Has anyone experienced this type of situation before? I only owe two months rent and I just lost my job a few weeks ago.

I totally feel for you. Unfortunately, if your landlord takes you to court the court will start the eviction process. You definitely want to check out your legal rights for the states evicition process. I hope things get better for you.
No sé que en qué estado usted vivo pero en Massachusetts si llevan a la corte para el alquiler trasero y no tiene un arrendatario un trabajo de pagar el alquiler entonces el propietario y el arrendatario llega generalmente una fecha para que usted dé vuelta en sus llaves. El arrendatario también tiene que pagar los costes de corte. Cualquier dinero debido a la hora del arrendatario que da vuelta en las llaves es debido en el plazo de 10 días del movimiento hacia fuera. Si no se paga por completo entonces el equilibrio va a una agencia de colección y su crédito se afecta seriamente. Si el arrendatario no ha dado vuelta en sus llaves por la fecha señalada por la corte entonces se llama qué que una ejecución se hace cumplir. Un sheriff da 48 horas para que el arrendatario mueva sus pertenencia en sus los propios. Si ellas haven' t para el final de las 48 horas el sheriff aparece con una compañía móvil y mueven sus pertenencia. Cualquier manera un expediente del desahucio se pone en su crédito. Le deseo suerte.
