Yes. Go to the court that has jurisdiction over the property and file an eviction proceeding. Make sure you ask for a money judgment. That will cost you a little more, but, assuming you win, the tenants will have to pay the back rent even if they move out or are evicted. You can collect back rent as long as the tenancy is ongoing, or up to the statute of limitations for a contract (2 years) after the lease has expired.
