I am renting out my house and the tenant is behind on rent? They want to renew a month to month after their lease is up? They said that they don’t need to pay all the money as long as they are paying some money.

Als zij erachter op hun huur zijn, hebt u een recht hen uit te zetten, maar zij don' t heeft een recht om het even welk soort huur met u te vernieuwen.
uh… it' s uw huis, uw geld. I' D liet hen nooit blijven tenzij zij stroom betaalden. yes, because you could get new tenants who would pay the rent regularly
nope, they have to pay it in full, or you could sue. Rental law specifics vary from state to state, but most have the same general parts. As far as renewing, all you have to do is say no. Once the lease is up, you can basically kick them out, rent month-to-month, or force them to sign another year long lease. I would say that if they don’t pay up by the time the lease is up, kick ‘em, and then sue.
Dit allen hangt van de eigenaar af maar ik zou eerst loon omhoog zeggen of zou me uit bewegen.
Renewing the lease, even month to month, would require you to sign it. If you, as the owner, are happy with the rent not being paid, it is your problem. I would not accept a new lease and would already be preparing for an eviction notice.
