My rent comes out the 1st of every month, I gave my one month leave notice on the 10th. Do i get my whole deposit back?

I don’t know where you live, but where I live the rent deposit is used for the first month you live in the property and it is illegal for a landlord to ask for anything other then the first month’s rent as a deposit ahead of time.

as long as ur apaprtment is left in good condition and ur not breaking ur lease i wouldnt see why not
