What’s the best way to renovate my house?

I don’t have too much money and the house is a mess, the floors are caving-in on some parts and the boiler is so loud (always makes a growling noise and it scares the little ones). Problem is I’m not experienced in fixing houses, I would hire someone but I’m not that rich so what do I do?

Those are two big problems. I would have the boiler fixed first.

I am not that experienced in fixing houses but I am working on my first. Start with a good cleaning. Make a list of things needed. Go to the hardware stores, Ask if there are any retiree handy person in the area that might give you some help or lessons. They will kind of help you somewhat at the store. I am more of a hands on person. Watch the TV repair shows also.
Well I am sorry to hear about your floors and boiler. Your flooring problem can be handled by you if you are willing to take the time. The nice part is you don’t need to do everything at once always tackle one room at a time. Your boiler on the other hand is a bigger problem and this is one you should not do yourself for safety reasons. You are dealing with a considerable amount of pressure in some boilers.
So lets look at your flooring for starters. All floors sag overtime for various reasons. You need to determine what is causing it first. The only way is to start looking at the floor joists and see if there is any dry rot. If you are able to see from underneath all the better, look for water stains, if you cant then the old floor has to come up. If you see that a floor joist needs to be replaced the easiest way is to put a clean floor joist usually 2X8 or 2X10 of the same length beside it fasten it in and then take out the old rotten board.
If your floor is sagging because the floor joists are too far apart and easy fix is to use braces inbetween each joist. Cut the right lenght of 2X8 probably about 24 to 32 inches if the gap is too wide, nail and glue these in.
For choosing the easiest flooring to install (and the cheapest) buy laminate wood floor planks. It is very easy to do, if you take your time.
