What would be a good way to transfer money from one state to another without wiring?

I am traveling to Hawaii to do some renovations on a property and I will need to have a party on the mainland transfer money as needed to fund projects, etc. What would be the best way? Anyone know of prepaid credit cards that can be automatically recharged, etc?
