The house is a two bedroom Terrace for £80,000. It has no pictures of the inside of the property. This is what it states:
Requires full renovation would ideally suit an investor, Garden fronted mid terrace with 2 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, No chain.
The renovation has put me off also with ideally for an investor. What things could it mean when it says renovation and also to suit an investor. Do you think there is going to be a lot of work involved in this property?

Yes,a hell of a lot! Probably rewiring new kitchen new bathroom for starters, Is dirt cheap and will most likely need half as much again to make it worth having!
Ja.
With out a doubt. If you have nowhere else to stay, then walk away already. It will without doubt be totally neglected.
If you have lots of spare cash and do not mind getting grubby, then go have a look.
Yes but…think you kick yourself if you don’t at least have a look?
Meer dan een zou ik zeggen.
Yes, loads of work. When it says ‘ideally as an investor’ it means someone who’s gonna do it up for a profit, a builder for example. Even so, if you are starting to look for property, go have a look. Bear in mind that the property requires more than your experience dictates, but view. You will be under no obligation and you will start learning about properties.
The thing I love most about buying a new house is looking at all the ones I don’t end up buying. View it, don,t but it. Then view loads more. When the right property, in the right price range comes up, you’ll know. Market research!
Ja, zal het een totaal wrak vereisend reusachtige hoeveelheden geld en tijd die aan het wordt doorgebracht zijn. Tenzij u totaal wanhopig bent en een brede waaier van DIY vaardighedenpas het langs hebt.
What should really make your mind up is 2 questions. Can you do most or all work that this property is likely to need and how much will it all cost if you can’t do the work. The area the house is in will give an indication of how much work. How much are houses that don’t need work? then you can see how much money they have taken off the asking price to entice people to buy.
If they’re being bluntly honest about the condition, then you can expect that there will be a major rehaul required to get this place into living condition and investors tend to have the money and contacts to get the work done.
I wouldn’t bother going to see the property; but if you’re curious, you can always contact the agent representing the seller to ask more questions.
