		<description>She should have the right to take the appliances with her, unless it was given to her as a fully functional kitchen initially in which it could be a very difficult area as they are obliged to continue to list it as such.  You may need to speak with Citizens Advice if the time comes around to determine what she may be entitled to take or not.

She should, though, be able to refuse any further renovation work as the kitchen will be up to specification.</description>

		<description>Very difficult area!  Going to cost you to get proper legal advice.  Also the council will have it&#039;s own resident lawyer who&#039;s job is to make your life as difficult/expensive as possible.

Suggest you just accept their ruling as it&#039;s not going to be worth fighing it for the - comparatively - small amount of money involved!</description>
