On average how long does it take to renovate a house?

I wonder if you could inform me on how long it takes to renovate a home. We have a three bedroom semi (two double beds and a box rm), we want to hack off and re-plaster the walls in the house, new boiler in, build a small porch to the front, uPVC double glazed windows and doors put in, new boiler, hack off and pebble dash the exterior of the house and a new roof on our 1980s extension and also re-do the gables of the house. How long do you recken this will take, we will be living in a caravan in the back garden while this work is being done, the house is 1940s in the uk.

Are you doing the work yourself or did you hire a contractor? Working on this full time, or nights and weekends? What is your skill level? I would estimate around 2 months, but this is just an average, . Could be shorter or longer, depending on the variables I mentioned above. Hope this helps.
Well,if your like the average joe, I recken about a year,maybe a little more.
I' ve die huizen voor in de loop van de afgelopen 10 jaar ontwerpt heeft en geconstateerd dat een goede contractant een volledig huis in kan niet meer bouwen dan acht maanden.
De vernieuwingen/remodelleert kunnen niettemin voor sommige contractanten netelig zijn. Om het even welk structureel werk u doet welke geluiden als uw het overdoen van geveltoppen a konden misschien openstellen kunnen van wormen, maar I don' t weet precies wat u door dat bedoelt.
Anders het shouldn' t duurt langer dan vijf maanden.
