How much will it cost to renovate this house?

3 bed semi, new kitchen, bathroom, electrics, plumbing, plastering throughout, insulation, 3m x 3m single storey extension with pitchced roof, new downstairs loo, garden, carpets, painting etc etc.
If I buy for £250000, and similar properties are going for £300000 can I make a profit if:
1: I get the builders in
2: I do the majority of the work myself.

you can probably do it for 75thousand the kitchen alone is going to cost 25thousand.and if you do most of the work yourself you will stand to make a profit.i say go for it.
