property renovation

There is mould growing in the crevices in the bathroom. I clean it once a week but it seems to be growing from underneath the tiles. Is there a quick fix solution or it is going to require a complete renovation.

I am renting the property and the landlord put new sealant on the day before we moved in. It is growing from underneath it now… so i think he was trying to cover it up!
