Have you renovated your house and had such terrible experiences as me?

I am paying people to renovate my house. IF they show up they do things like sheet rock the ceiling and put no insulation in even though i paid them for that. the plumber never shows the contractor does not even hire the people i do but he gets 10% are they all liars and drunks?

Ja — Ik kon u verschrikkingsverhalen van onze vernieuwing vertellen. Wij zijn nog in groot knoeien en it' s bijna een jaar proberend om misstakes te bevestigen.

report him to the state business association (usually in the yellow pages). this state business registration association is the dept that issues his licences. file a formal complaint with them, and i guarantee u, that he will do the job correctly, or he will lose his license. good luck
Als he' dan s- vergunning gegeven meldt hem aan de staats vergunning gevende raad. Als he' vergunning gegeven niet s, steekt dan hem en huur in brand iemand wie is. Waarom u bent die contractant die betalen doesn' t huur iedereen? Geluiden zoals you' re betalend hem om niets sinds it' te doen; duidelijk s hij isn' t dat een goed werk van het controleren van de mensen doet die daar zijn. Mijn suggestie zou om het even welke hulpmiddelen moeten bewegen die zij in het huis buiten één nacht hebben gehad en hen de volgende ochtend, I wouldn' in brand gestoken; t liet hen eens in het huis they' in brand gestoken re. Of niet in brand gestoken moet u hen melden.

Controleer de Wetten van het Pandrecht van Werktuigkundigen in Texas eerste alvorens u spelen met het witholding van betaling speelt. De contractant heeft u betaalt subs rond sommige wetten, verzekeringskwesties, Workman' te krijgen; s comp, de mensen wettelijk in de V.S., enz. 10% voor een contractant werken om vergunningen te trekken, inspecteurs samen te komen, u te introduceren aan zijn subs en te controleren zijn GOEDKOOP. Hebt u een geschreven contract? Hebt u iets schriftelijk met kosten, chronologie en taken. Bent u bepaalde geschikte antwoorden? De beste manier om Contractanten te behandelen is met Honing en ransel ….. niet klachten of bedreigingen.
