does anyone know of a way of releasing capital from uk source on a french property?

im trying to finnish renovation on a french property and really need to raise some capital on the building does anyone know of a bank or loan company who would deal with someone who would need self cirt on a non uk property ?

doubt it they want to be able to seize your property if you go belly up, they cant seize property in france or another country if the bank is under uk law.
