If the cop can articulate that you are a danger to those walking on the sidewalk, yes, you could get cited. It's be a stretch, but COULD happen. What is more likely top happen is someone calling in saying you are making a racket and bothering their quiet evening. Then you would likely be cited for disorderly conduct/breach of the peace/public nuisance whatever your state/dept calls it. The cops themselves can not be 'victim' to your breach of the peace. But they might get a call from that 'mystery person' and you'll get that citation. While on private property you can not be cited for any civil traffic infraction.
