the money to pay my rto bill thats due on monday and I don’t have their items (laptop and tv). My family member has them downstate using them for college. WHAT can I do? Its impossible for me to get the items back right away. Do I tell rto I don’t have them? someone stold them? or what? Will I go to jail? These people at rto are extremely mean.

I am planning to rent out my house. I have made considerable renovations to the property. I was told that I could write these home improvements off when my house becomes a rental prop. What I am not clear on is whether I can write things off if I am working with a property management company or if I must manage the property myself. I am not sure if there is a difference.

I would appreciate any clarification on this from people in the know! I want to be assured that I can write off these improvements, as it exceeds $25,000 at this point. Thanks.

i bought a repossessed house to rent it out. The couple wsho lost the house have contacted through our estate agent to rent the house with the girl’s father acting as guarantor for rent?
Go ahead or not? Anyone with similar experience?

I’ve sold my house and got the completion date. But if my buyer is agreeable, I would like to rent it back for a week or two to enable some work on my purchase. What are the pro’s and con’s? (My buyer won’t be moving in immediately.)

my husband recently brought a home in dc and I already owned a home in upper marlboro maryland (about 30 miles away). my house is bigger, but his is more convienent (our kids go to school in dc and most of our family is in the city) anyway, we decided to rent my house out. I had some renovations done to it and it’s nicer than it was at first.

anyway, me and him have been in a debate for a few days because i dont even want to consider renting to a section 8 or HCVP certificate holder…… and he does. He’s stuck on the fact that it’s guarnteed money every month…. on time. But im more concerned with making sure my property is taken care of. It’s a really nice neighborhood…. and alot of people have given section 8 a bad rep. I really dont wanna end up with the wrong element in my home and they tear it apart. But its like all he’s worried about is getting that money on time each month.
