We only pay $400/month but they asked for additional $1500 in August for property taxes that we couldn’t pay. (Its in our lease to pay it) But it was suppose to be in April? Then they split it up in 3 months to pay it off but we are broke and the shop is going under on cash. They changed the locks within 10 days of us telling them we couldn’t pay it. But we would vacate by the end of the month. Now we can’t get in. Is it legal for them to just lock us out?

Quick House Sale

I want to sell my income property and I want to know if there is a time limit to pay taxes on the gains, or I have to pay the taxes once I get the money. I want to invest in something else but I don’t really know what ,so I wanted some time to think about it and that’s why I wanted to know if there is a time limit. Can somebody help me? Thanks
