now the unit is vacant and i want to renovate before looking for a new tenant. I live far away 4 hours drive and wanted to ask:
- should I hire the property management company for the purpose of doing all 3: renovations (carpet, paint, tub, vinyl flooring), finding a tenant and then managing and maintaining everything OR
- just looking for a tenant and then managing and maintaining everything AFTER I take care of renovations myself meaning finding a workers/ contractor myself OR:
- have them just manage and maintain it for me after I do the rest?
Cost wise and efficiency wise what makes most sense?
