Is there an adjustment form I need to fill out or claim it on my next GST return? I figure I’m going to need to explain such a large ITC. It’s been 3 years since we opened the business and haven’t claimed the GST on rent since then.

We rented the same place for almost 3 years, and during the split, some of the rent went behind. Now I am keeping the apartment and he wants to ditch the back rent and wants me to pay him for 1/2 the security deposit. Is this legal??
