Working as an independent property entrepreneur who is in contact with a large number of the landlords of centrally located and brilliantly conditioned, luxurious London properties (1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom flats, apartments and houses) available to let strictly for a short term period (from 1 to 6 months), I am now searching for reliable sources of regular professional private and business (corporate) tenants who are looking to rent such properties.

Therefore, if you are able to adequately direct me to such sources of tenants relocating to temporarily live and work in London, I would greatly appreciate your reply.

My parents are planning on buying an investment property. They plan on paying cash for this property. So they will not have a mortgage. I will be renting the place from them with 2 other people. If they decide to finance a second property, would they be able to use the rent from both properties to pay the mortgage on the second property?

i live in Arizona and rented a property from a horrid man. we had massive problems with the neighbors as well as the property manager and owner. We have since moved out and he has the property listed on craigslist. i posted an add that said do not rent this property. you will be sorry. this morning the owner emailed me and said that he called the police and good luck. is what i did illegal? if not should i repost it? i wish someone would have been there to warn me before i rented the place.

Let’s try this again – if you aren’t going to bother reading this section please don’t bother answering telling me how I am going to be evicted – blah blah blah.

I am not worried about being evicted this is my last month.

But a bill came from my landlord for a fire alarm repair – 4 mos ago and is no basically saying if we don’t pay it with the rent that they will take the charge out of my rent and deny my rent then because the full rent won’t be paid.

I don’t care about paying the charge as it was technically my own fault. However I just want to pay the rent then pay the bill next week. Or even better yet, why can’t they simply take it out of my security deposit.

Can someone please just answer me or direct me where to look? Thank you.

References do not seem to work. With a licence this can be endorced if the tenants fails to pay rent, damages the property or upsets nearby residents with excessive noise. This would warn any new landlord of potential trouble. The landlord should also be liable if they rent their property to a tenant they know will cause trouble to others living nearby
It is also a basic human right for a law abiding person to live in piece without excessive noise

I am wondering how you go about getting your property sold to a fast food chain. DD just bought the house up the street and tore it down to build on the lot. We are thinking the same thing for our property. There are no fast food chains here and we know it would be a great location. But not sure how to go about getting them interested. Maybe a website or email??
I am not trying to open a fast food chain. Just sell the lot to an interested party.
